Our news Era: Just In; ahead of the gubernatorial election coming up two days from today, the All Progressive Party(APC) had been earlier spotted given away bags of rice in Lagos State as part of campaign for the up coming election. The members of Lagos State Civil service gathered earlier today in the streets of Lagos as the scrambled for bags of rice donated by the APC gubernatorial candidate Babajide Sanwo-Olu in the state.
Twitter user @magbeborun shared photos from the scene where the workers were stampeding over themselves for the bags of rice.
“Sanwoolu asked to meet Civil servants in Lagos State at Adeyemo Bero Auditorium, Alausa... But we are here struggling to collect a bag of rice. YES CIVIL SERVANTS...
These are not my thugs my dear these are civil SERVANTSOF LAGOS STATE...”, she said.
